Lance & Lacey Dance to a different beat! - Dancing With the Stars

Published by realfan under Entertainment Edit This

Lance Bass and Lacey Schwimmer are a breath of fresh air in this season’s Dancing With the Stars. They are both on their game and the viewers love their routines. Yet, it is their dance routines that are effecting Lance and Lacey’s scores from the judges; one in particular.

Last night’s Dancing With the Stars had some very bright moments and a few dull ones too . Ultimately, Brooke Burke and Derek Hough tied with Warren Sapp and his partner Kym Johnson at 24 points, for handling the Paso Doble.

One of the judges, Len Goodman is very upset with Lance and Lacey for repeatedly breaking tradition with their dance numbers. Although both Lance Bass and Lacey shine like crazy diamonds, in their routines every week; some Dancing With the Stars purists are also put off with their nontraditional dance routines, too.

Both Lance and Lacey certainly have more than a few younger fans watching Dancing With the Stars, then calling in and voting for them. If it was up to Len Goodman, he would take the both of them over his knee and paddle some sense into their behinds.

It’s not easy breaking tradition. On the one hand, Lance and Lacey really put heart and soul into their numbers, on Dancing With the Stars. If they were not breaking tradition, Lance and Lacey’s votes would be higher than they have been every week. Yet, both feel they are being true to themselves.

Last night, Lance Bass and Lacey Schwimmer did add enough paso doble moves into their routine, yet not enough to overcome Len Goodman’s assessment of their dance routine.

Lance and Lacey in last night’s Dancing With the Stars.

Lacey couldn’t resist giving Lance a most passionate kiss at the end of this number. Lacey can’t seem to help herself from being attracted to Lance Bass. Too bad Lacey, at least the two of you can be good friends while Dancing With the Stars.

Pamela Anderson Speaks her Palin!

Published by realfan under Entertainment Edit This

Pamela Anderson, Girl on the Lose had one comment about this upcoming election that seemed to strike another nerve with the media. Ms. Anderson told the camera, a couple of weeks ago, that Sarah Palin can “suck it”. Just what Pamela Anderson meant by this comment, many Sarah Palin fans are still in the dark about.

What a few people are still not real sure what Pamela Anderson meant exactly, when she conveyed to Sarah Palin, just what it was that Ms. Palin could suck, had more to do with Sarah personally; not politically.

Many Pamela Anderson fans believe, that what Pamela Anderson actually meant when she said this was, “Sarah Palin can suck the BIG ONE.”

Pam just wound up her newest reality show, Girl On the Lose on “E” Entertainment; another Ryan Seacrest production. Girl On the Lose, was an unflinching reality show that not only showed us Pamela Anderson, the media star, but also gave us an rare insider glimpse into; what Ms. Anderson actually does and how she thinks.

This is that famous clip of Pamela Anderson, speaking her mind.

Pamela Anderson insiders, believe that Pamela is not the blonde “bimbo” that the media has portrayed her to have been, for all of these years. Ms. Anderson not only has a good head for business, Pam is also very involved with many projects and a busy mother, as well.

This is a clip of Morning Joe, on his MSNBC show a couple of weeks ago. addressing this “Suck it” issue.

Unfortunately, it’s still up for discussion just what Sarah Palin can suck. At this very moment, there are more than a few Palin campaign advisors still analyzing this  video clip of Pamela Anderson telling the media, Sarah Palin can “Suck it.”

Ms. Palin will no doubt have something to say to Pamela Anderson, either in the media or off the record.

My guess is, Ms. Palin might be confused. Did Pam mean, Sarah is sucking the intelligence out of us? Or did Pam actually mean, Sarah Palin can suck it up and muster through this campaign?

Hopefully, after Sarah Palin is the new VP, she can receive Ms. Anderson at the oval office, then talk about this whole incident over a pitcher of imported beer and some oysters on the half shell.

L.A. Ink: Get Casted On L.A. Ink for Your next Tattoo!

Published by realfan under Entertainment Edit This

That is correct! L.A. Ink has an open casting call for those wanting to get their next or first tattoo done by one of the L.A. Ink artists. This is your shot at 15 minutes of fame, plus a cool looking tattoo, too!

L.A. Ink is a spin off of Miami Ink, a reality show that airs on TLC. L.A. Ink has been around for more than a year now with TLC. This show follows all of the people that work at the “High Voltage Tattoo” studio in Los Angeles.

L.A. Ink has become a favorite because of the cast and the characters that come and go out of Kat’s studio. Think of “Barbershop”, the movie and this would be close to the interactions among the tattoo artists and friends that frequent “High Voltage Tattoo”.

Kat is one of the central characters in L.A. Ink and also the owner of the studio. L.A. Ink also focuses on the personal lives of all the artists and family that surround this show. The drama can get fairly deep in this reality show favorite.

If tattoos are your thing and you want a real shot at being one of the customers in an upcoming episode of L.A. Ink, you need to hurry up;  because their is no time to waste! This casting call will close on Oct. 1, 2008. They have a very short window of opportunity for this event.

Survivor Gabon: What’s Really Behind the scenes of Survivor?

Published by realfan under Entertainment Edit This

Survivor Gabon has just begun this past week. We have seen the two hour premier and think we can get a feel for what is going on, what the players are really up to, and where things might be going from here. But, is this all in the editing?

Michelle was the first person voted out of Survivor last week. See was sent packing, because Michelle was not happy; at least this is the general perception we saw.

We also saw that Michelle seemed to have no friends, only close to Ken; the “gamer”. Was this an accurate depiction of Michelle’s social circle? Did we see who Michelle was really cuddly with during those hot Survivor Gabon nights?

If you were to check out “reality blurred”, this site has a lot of first hand, cast experiences within this Survivor Gabon season. Things are not what they appear to be.

Just because a TV program is supposed to be a reality show, does not necessarily mean this is the way things went down. A lot of manipulation by the producers takes place in the final edits. What we often see is, a final product of what the production wants us to see. We are manipulated.

As an example of blatant reality show manipulation: Many hardcore Big Brother fans subscribe to the live feeds, as Big Brother is airing. What often comes out on the prime time, is not what the live feeds are showing; because of the editing for the prime time viewing audience.

The live feed fans of Big Brother go crazy over the CBS episodes, because of what they are not showing to everyone!
Survivor Gabon seems to be; entertainment that is slanted by the producers for our enjoyment. Yet, is this real?

If Survivor Gabon wants someone to be perceived as an evil person, they can edit this, to show it.

If Survivor wishes to show someone as a slacker, they only have to show the person sitting around and not doing anything to help out. And, so it goes.

New York Goes to Hollywood & Stays: New York Ends

Published by realfan under Entertainment Edit This

New York Goes to Hollywood was a great idea for Vh1 to put together, but it worked! New York told the producers of “Mindless Entertainment”, she did not want to do an I Love New York.

Since Tiffany broke up with Tailor Made, the producers must have gotten wind of this. They called New York into their offices and proposed shooting another, I Love New York. Let’s face it, Tiffany Pollard spells mindless entertainment and money.

New York had an audition for a real movie role. As much as New York wanted to go for another I Love New York, she couldn’t tell the producers yes, right away. One of the stipulations of taking this role for the movie: If Tiffany gets this part, she must give up her reality show days. Be Tiffany Pollard, a real actress.

Tiffany goes for the audition of this movie and gets the part. Now she is very crossed, about what to do. This is Tiffany’s shot at a real major movie role, but she doesn’t really want to give up being “New York.” It’s tough having a split personality disorder.

On this last episode of New York Goes to Hollywood, Tiffany the actress, calls of the producers of “Mindless Entertainment” and breaks up with them. She cries and they laugh.

Tiffany Pollard, the struggling actress, versus New York, the cash cow? We won’t be seeing the last of New York, the reality star, until she is old and feeble.

Dancing With the Stars update: Ted McGinley eliminated!

Published by realfan under Entertainment Edit This

Dancing With the Stars tonight, found Ted McGinley and Inna Brayer eliminated. America voted and decided. The voters simply did not wish to see these two kicking up their heels anymore.

I liked Ted McGinley. He may not be everyone’s cup of tea, but this guy has a great sense of humor and will be missed.

Of course Dancing With the Stars made all of the contestants wait, then wait some more. I thought the suspense was going to send Toni Braxton over the edge. Dancing With the Stars can put you over the edge, Toni!

America saved Cloris Leachman for the time being. Cloris and Corky had the lowest of scores from last night’s competition. I knew America would save this crazy lady. She’s the main comedy relief of Dancing With the Stars. Cloris Leachman should have auditioned the producers.

Tune in next week for more dance routines and another round for elimination, on Dancing With the Stars.
